Samantha Mills
Director
Samantha Mills brings extensive experience in debt recovery and litigation and unparalleled knowledge of complex property issues, having managed large-scale portfolios for Banks and non-bank lenders, Trustees in Bankruptcy and Liquidators.

As passionate community advocates, Samantha works with Solicitors and Executors to support the beneficiaries of an estate and their families through the process of asset disposal and maximising the return for beneficiaries.

She also supports not-for-profit and charitable organisations in managing property assets received through bequests. With a strong understanding of the responsibilities involved, she ensures each asset is handled with care, transparency, and respect for the donor’s wishes, guiding organisations through the sale process to achieve the best possible outcome while allowing them to remain focused on their core mission.
Lori Howell
Licensed Real Estate and Stock and Station Agent
Lori Howell has worked in the real estate industry for over 12 years in sales and property management. She has achieved many successful results with record sales and high rental returns for her clients. Lori has extensive experience managing complex bankruptcy and deceased estate matters.
